The first phase consists of the roof deck of the tracks. Massive cross members are on a total of eight beams. On the back are six cross beams, which then carry the thresholds.
Thus, the design for gluing does not warp, I complaining the whole with stainless steel cubes.
For gluing, I use waterproof white glue. |

Are the thresholds laid, the rails are nailed. Incl. the track rails within the track profile. The rail spikes for micro-G are available at the company by the way Old Pullman at Staefa near Zurich. Link to the website from Old Pullman see page LINKS
The tracks must be laid ready before the further construction of the bridge. On the structure of the vertical struts and the upper side, this is not possible. |

For laying the upper side and the wind association, I use a doctrine that had made a square box made of plywood. At both ends of the doctrine is supported on the building board.
If the upper deck moved to dimension, the vertical struts are glued. These are the bottom and top of the triangular supports.
Then the vertical tie rods in the prepared holes are introduced. I use to 2 mm welding wire, you mention the top and bottom with an M2 thread. Total of 54 rods can be produced. Above and below I use as an abutment brass U-profile, which leads the M2 nuts.
The following three detailed photos of the focal points.
